Service Advisor/receptionist

We seek a friendly and enthusiastic Service Advisor/Receptionist to join our Batemans Bay Service team. This role is for you if you are passionate about customer focus and interacting with people.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the service department
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule appointments for customers in our system
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Process customer payments, ensuring transactions are accurate
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Service Manager

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance is a bonus but not essential

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
