**THE ROLE**
With a killer smile, a genuine interest in people and the ability to provide the warmest of welcomes; you know the one I mean, making people feel like they are seen, heard and truly matter. You're the go-to person, a source of knowledge and expertise for your building and local precinct.
This is not your typical "sit at a desk all day" role, you will be up on your feet, bringing your building’s lobby to life by engaging in conversations with your tenants and being the "go-to" person for your building.
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Concierge to be the face of our client’s building. Based at the main entrance desk of your assigned building, you will be the first to greet your customers so the first impression of your building depends on your friendliness and efficiency.
You are a true professional, smart and trustworthy; the customer is the centre of your universe. Your goal is to contribute to an overall enjoyable customer experience which means you are a brand ambassador for Equiem and our clients.
You will work closely with the building management team, assisting tenants with bookings & reservations, and local information, liaising with retailers, and assisting with events and store orders, all the while ensuring that the overall end-user experience is outstanding.
Your shift times are Monday to Friday 7.30 am - 2.00 pm - being based in the CBD there is always plenty to do.

**WHO ARE YOU?**
Like this role, you are one of a kind. With several years of experience in a face-to-face customer service role, your exceptional customer service skills and high-level attention to detail will be essential to the role. You love being busy and are capable of taking the initiative to deliver results. A great can-do attitude is a must
Ideally, you possess the following attributes, experience and skills:
- Proven experience as a concierge or in a customer-facing role
- Proficiency in spoken English; multilingual is a bonus
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
- Ability in multitasking and time-management
- Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
- Experience using google workspace/suit an advantage
- Comfortable using tech or a willingness to learn
