We're seeking dedicated Electrical Trades Workers to join our client in Derrimut, Victoria on a fulltime basis. As an Electronic Trades Worker, you will play a crucial role in company operations. Your responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic systems and equipment. From troubleshooting technical issues to ensuring compliance with safety standards, you will be at the forefront of service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair electronic systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Lead the execution of strategic maintenance plans for electronic systems, encompassing preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on complex electronic equipment and control systems.
- Integrate Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) practices into all electronic maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance procedures and checklists for electronic systems, utilizing Electronic Maintenance Management Systems (EMMS) for tracking and reporting.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new electronic equipment and system upgrades, ensuring optimal integration with existing plant infrastructure.

**Role Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification in electronics or a related field.
- Minimum three years proven experience in managing electronic maintenance operations within the e-waste, waste, or metals recycling industries, with a focus on enhancing system reliability and performance.
- Deep understanding of HSEQ standards and procedures relevant to electronic work, with certifications in electronic safety and quality assurance practices preferred.
- Skilled in coordinating contractors, diagnosing complex electronic issues, and implementing timely solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing business priorities and technology advancements.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Salary rate of will be $65,000 -$85,000 depending on experience and qualifications with significant opportunities to grow income.
