As our Administrative Assistant, you will be required to assist and facilitate work within the Sectra ANZ office and support operations through administrative and clerical duties. **Your main responsibilities include**: Perform general office duties and errands such as ordering office supplies Assist with various daily operations Facilitate general processing and accounting tasks for the finance team Organizing the onboarding and set up of new employees Maintain and organize common office areas Organising staff travel and booking of accommodation as required Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and overall efficiency Life at Sectra You will be part of the organisation in Australia who runs the Sales, Deployment and Support Departments for our market.
