**Your new company**

The role is responsible for undertaking very complex and sensitive work, under broad direction, utilising expertise across a range of activities relating to the provision of community engagement and public awareness programs for diverse communities.

**Your new role**
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate services for a range of communities with diverse needs, including but not limited to for people with disability, people who are culturally and linguistically diverse, people experiencing homelessness, young people (18-24 years old), and people in prison.
- Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality outputs, and developing innovative, evidence-based approaches to continually improve program design
- Provide analysis and judgement on complex issues and make significant contribution to the management and preparation
- Ability to lead and manage a team to ensure high quality outputs

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Worked in a similar role previously
- Experience with working with people with disability, people who are culturally and linguistically diverse, people experiencing homelessness, young people (18-24 years old), and people in prison is very highly preferred
- Knowledge and experience in community engagement
