**Key accountabilities include**:

- Undertake a range of administrative functions to support the operation of the work unit as required.
- Attend appropriately to enquiries by taking a helpful approach and with a welcoming and professional manner.
- Contacting housing service members of the community and recommending services and client online resources available to them.
- Perform computer-based tasks including preparing and sending standard written communications.
- Coordinate meetings and assist in preparing agendas and note taking when required.
- Input data and information to the department's databases and systems.

**About you**:

- Knowledgeable in the MS Office Suite with programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and follow instruction

**Requirements for the role**:

- All appointments require reference checks, national criminal records checks and pre-employment misconduct screening.
- Be able and willing to disclose Covid19 vaccination status.
