This position contributes to the development and delivery of the College’s student engagement and professional development programs, and the ongoing improvement of College student and education practices, procedures and processes, aligned with CBE strategic and operational goals.

**Position overview**
The Coordinator works closely with academic and professional colleagues within the College, and is the first point of contact for student professional development, and engagement support services enquiries. The position also works closely with industry partners to provide information sessions, career development events, internships, mentoring and job shadowing opportunities for CBE students.
Staff of the CBE Careers and Student Employability team work in a self-motivated teamwork environment, with shared priorities during peak activity periods and the opportunity for job rotation as part of individual career planning and the ongoing assessment of operational needs.
