Three Blue Ducks in Rosebery are looking for reliable dishies & kitchen hands to join our growing team.

At Three Blue Ducks, we are committed to creating interesting dishes, banging with flavour that is simple and a bit rough around the edges. We are less white tablecloth dining and more come-as-you-are kind of vibe

We have a strong emphasis on cooking with smoke and fire and our kitchen includes a large Argentinian grill, wood-fired oven and charcoal pits. With our guests attracted to the relaxed environment, flexible space options and seasonal menus the Events calendar is filling up.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Experience in working as part of a team in high pressure environments
- Focus on keeping food preparation areas, kitchen equipment, appliances and working areas clean
- Support the team in the receiving deliveries and ensuring they are handled and stored appropriately
- Assist with food preparation for events, daily services and our produce store
- Washing utensils, cutlery and flatware and ensuring recycling, green waste and landfill rubbish are taken care off according to our processes
