The Role

You will keep our kitchen, wash area, and shared spaces clean, organised, and ready to go. Your work supports classes, private events, and tastings. You will clean, sanitise, restock, and help the team set up and pack down. You will follow clear checklists and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, benches, pots, and equipment.
  • Keep sinks, floors, and rubbish stations clean and tidy.
  • Sort, dry, and store items in the right locations.
  • Reset benches and restock consumables between class sections.
  • Help with taking out trash and managing waste disposal.
  • Follow cleaning schedules and log tasks completed.
  • Report hazards, breakages, or low stock promptly.

  • Learns procedures quickly and sticks to them.
  • Basic English for safety and team communication.

Nice To Have

  • Prior cleaning experience.
  • Food safety awareness or willingness to learn.

Hours and Location

  • Location: Rosebery, NSW.
  • Shifts: evenings and weekends, with some daytime events.
  • Hours: 10 to 20 per week, depending on class schedule.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
