Due to their success they have been fortunate enough to expand their outbound e-commerce operations in a new state of the art national distribution facility.

**Your New Role**:
As one of the Team Leaders within the Outbound Team, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of E-commerce picking and stowing; drive a positive workplace culture and staff performance as well as ensure efficiency when it comes to fulment.
- Guide and support your team on pick and replenish according to target rates.
- Monitor volume throughput & timing to ensure execution according to plan especially in peak trade seasons.
- Maintain high quality levels of work and drive continuous improvement in a safe working environment.
- Develop operational initiatives as well as support the onboarding and training of staff within your team.
- Collaborate with your team leader network and managers to implement improvements to warehouse operations that benefit productivity output and your team.

**What You'll Need To Succeed**:

- Experience leading a team in a warehousing environment (e-commerce highly desirable but not a dealbreaker).
- Strong understanding of WMS systems with some solid computer skills.
- Strong sense of proactiveness when it comes to improvement speed and fulfilment and desire to grow within warehousing and supply chain.
- Experience working with KPIs within a distribution environment and a natural ability to manage and lead a team.
- Forklift License (desirable but not essential).
