**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Warehouse Assistant to join our Warehouse Team in Epping Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will include supporting the operational supply chain for accent group by managing communication between internal Accent Group departments and external providers to ensure inbound and outbound stock is managed with accuracy and integrity.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- General warehouse duties (Including receive and dispatch, data entry, pick and packing etc.)
- Receipting stock into AP21 and store POS systems
- Providing support to department leads and assisting the team where required.
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external teams
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies and escalating as required

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar position with AP21 and POS System
- Current Forklift licence is ideal but not essential
- Thrive in a high-performance environment and demonstrate a steadfast persistence to exceed goals and overcome obstacles
- Good written communication skills
- Strong time management, with the ability to multi-task and run projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
