**Your Opportunity**:
In this newly created role, the Online Styling Lead will lead, develop and drive the implementation of the ecommerce content strategy and workflow process with a hands-on approach to driving the end to end creative process. You will execute the Brand’s content ecommerce strategy ensuring consistent, on brand content is delivered on time and in line with brand guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively contribute to the creative direction of the ecommerce site and its development ensuring a cohesive visual footprint is identifiable and in line with the brand's design guidelines.
- Support the production calendar to ensure all content is delivered on time and within budget.
- Together with the Ecommerce Manager manage the creation and upkeep of the online line list ensuring all information is up to date ahead of all e commerce shoots.
- Support all ecommerce photoshoot production.
- Together with the Art Director and Graphic Designer ensure photography and re touching deadlines are communicated to teams.
- Manage sample collection in accordance with the line list per delivery ensuring that all styles are accounted for ahead of ecommerce shoots.
- Collaborate with the Production teams to manage sample deadlines and delivery to ensure photography is produced and delivered prior to product arrival.
- Collaborate with the Brand Team to develop, execute or manage the creative vision for ecommerce from end to end.
- Collaborate closely with Art and Ecommerce teams ensuring consistent, efficient compilation and handover of imagery as per deadlines set by the Brand Team.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and work collaboratively with wider teams to ensure wider business objectives are being met.
- Ownership of data entry for the ecommerce budget including the tracking and filing of invoices.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as directed by the Head of Brand & Marketing or delegate.
- 5+ years relevant experience in a similar role in luxury fashion.
- Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing or related discipline desirable.
- Technically sound and systems-literate with expertise across on set styling, flat lay and hang lay techniques, shoot management and production.
- Passionate about photography, styling, and the translation of such in to commercially driving content.
- Demonstrates clear decision making with excellent communication and problem-solving skills in all areas.
- Highly organised and efficient, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage high workloads, tight deadlines and competing priorities with professionalism.
- Highly organized and effective delegation skills.
