Resident Services Coordinator - Creating Exceptional Experiences Every Day

This is a permanent parttime (6 hrs a day) role based in Melva McDonald Lodge, Rooty hill for a period of 3 months initially.

Your opportunity

At Anglicare, we believe that every moment matters. As a Resident Services Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted contact for residents and their families, helping them access our Higher Everyday Living (Everyday Plus) services with ease and confidence.

You’ll coordinate and oversee premium lifestyle and care services within our Residential Care Homes — managing everything from resident agreements, bookings, and service delivery to invoicing and reporting.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll blend compassion with organisation, ensuring every resident enjoys a seamless and enriching experience.

What you’ll bring- Strong background in customer service, hospitality, or aged care operations- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a resident-first mindset- Ability to manage multiple tasks — from agreements and bookings to feedback and compliance — with care and precision- A natural problem-solver who can handle enquiries and escalations professionally and empathetically- Experience using systems or databases, and the confidence to become a Subject Matter Expert for staff and residents- Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and high standards of care and service
