**The Opportunity**:
We have a full time position available for a Hospitality Services Team Leader to join our team at Kilpatrick Court - Toronto. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to support our team, to make every moment matter by bringing respect, compassion, integrity and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents and consumers.

This is a Monday - Friday position 6:30am - 3:00pm + Monthly ADO

**Role & Responsibilities**:
Providing leadership to 30+ employees in all aspects of housekeeping (cleaning), linen and food services.
Supervise, lead and motivate the team to ensure the quality of services provided.
Demonstrate and coordinate the provision of excellent care and a quality lifestyle to consumers.
Maintaining rosters, ensuring adequate coverage of staff across all service areas.

About you?

Understanding Food Safety Program and Auditing.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated supervisory skills.
Understanding of the aged care quality standards (food authority).
Demonstrated experience in kitchen and cleaning environments.
Willing to undertake pre employment checks including Functional assessment, reference checking and National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)
