- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
- Greet and seat customers, taking reservations when necessary.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver orders to tables and ensure they meet the customers' expectations.
- Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Handle cash and process payments using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Uphold health and safety standards to create a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Assist with cleaning duties and general restaurant maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Must be a team player and capable of multitasking.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
