**About the Role**:
We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a passionate, motivated and experienced **Diagnostic **Technician** to join our **Mercedes-Benz Service Team** in **Warwick Farm**. To succeed in this role you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment carrying out practical and hands on activities.

**The role will involve the following**:

- Carrying out diagnostics on all vehicles across the Mercedes-Benz Car and Van ranges
- Liaising with Mercedes-Benz Australia technical department for support on technical issues
- Identifying and repairing technical issues
- Correctly completing all work as per Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Peter Warren Retail standards
- Road testing vehicles
- Conducting quality checks on all work to help ensure vehicles are Fixed First Visit
- Completing Mercedes-Benz trainings as required
- Guide and mentor workshop staff
- Experience with the brand is a bonus but not essential
- A current driver’s licence
- Certification as a qualified technician
- Genuine enthusiasm for the brand
- Ability to handle a busy service centre
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- At least 5 years’ experience as a technician
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills
