The role of **Retail Coordinator** is based at the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre - the Gold Coast’s unmissable shopping mecca, situated in Broadbeach, with over 400 specialty stores. The centre is a favourite of local and international guests alike and has become synonymous with service standard excellence.

You will be the ambassador for the Centre’s five star vision and delivery of the experience for customers / guests, retailers, contractors and industry partners.

The key focus of the role is to provide support to the Assetlink Integrated Services Manager and the Centre Management team in delivering a five star customer experience.

**The hours will be full time**:Tuesday to Saturday 8am to 4pm, Thursday 1pm to 9pm. Flexibility will be required during special events and holiday periods.

**What you will be doing**:

- Anticipate the needs of our guests and offer a solution before being requested
- Inform guests of the centre’s services offerings: retail, entertainment, events
- Provide information about centre and Gold Coast activities and events to create a personalised experience
- Coordinate the operational requirements of the Centre: operational and emergency management, contractor liaison, facilities, incidents and tenancy requests
- Drive presentation standards of the centre to ensure a five star service, adhering to the customer service standards for both Assetlink and centre management
- Identify and communicate opportunities and risks to functional teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and enable two-way communication regarding operational issues, lease obligations, retailer marketing and brand building opportunities
- Promote the centre and services to industry stakeholders
- Attend site management meetings and enter data into the Property Assist system

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- 2-3+ years’ experience in an administration or customer facing role - ideal
- Administration / data entry skills - essential
- IT literacy - Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook - essential
- Prior experience in the following sectors will be relevant but not essential:

- retail / in-store role
- property / real estate
- hospitality eg hotel / motel / resorts
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, allowing you to interact with guests, tenants, managers and external stakeholders
- Pro-active, adaptable and professional approach
- Empathetic, team player with a practical 'hands on' and collaborative approach
- High attention to detail and excellent organisation skills - a self
- starter who has the capacity to maintain a busy workload and understands how to prioritise tasks
- Fully vaccinated in COVID-19
