A bit about the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our team at SILK Laser Clinics. In this role, you will oversee daily clinic operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive clinic performance.
As the Clinic Manager, you will manage a team of skilled therapists, guiding them to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of treatment, and create an inviting and results-driven environment. Your role will also include managing inventory, upholding clinic presentation, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of skin and laser therapists to exceed sales and performance targets.
- Ensure the clinic operates efficiently, with high standards of care, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide ongoing training to support the professional development of your team.
- Develop strategies to improve clinic performance and client satisfaction.
- Drive business growth through community engagement, client retention strategies, and promoting our suite of products and treatments.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the beauty, health, or retail industry.
- A Diploma in Beauty Therapy or relevant qualification is preferred.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing sales targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- A passion for skincare and beauty, with a customer-first approach to service.
