Our client is currently looking for an experience APS6 equivalent Instructional Designer to join their busy Federal Government Team.

**About the role**:

- Internal and external stakeholder engagement on behalf of the agency.
- Consulting with the business and stakeholders to support the development of training content.
- Providing recommendations and developing solutions covering a wide range of capability design and development activities.
- Developing eLearning and innovative learning solutions.
- Developing face to face content such as facilitator guides and learner guides.
- Developing on the job learning tools and best practice solutions.
- Managing projects and processes, including a portfolio of learning solutions and content.
- Coordinating external programs, and working with external delivery providers.
- Facilitating content via train the trainer processes and coaching less experience team members on instructional design processes.

**About you**:

- You will ideally have previous experience working in a similar role
- You will have proficient to expert knowledge in the use of Learning Management Systems/eLearning Systems
- You will have excellent communication skills, ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and provide written reports
- You will have a strong eye for detail
