**A bit about the role**

The Career Pathways Lead is a varied role and has the chance to collaborate with several internal Healthscope teams from Marketing to our hospital sites and various PC&E stakeholders, so with this in mind collaboration is key.

Additionally the Career Pathways Lead also plays an important role in promoting the programs internally to our sites, encouraging uptake, sharing benefits of the Program and influencing key stakeholders to take part. In this well rounded role, there is a great chance to have impact and there is never a dull moment.

**Skills and experience that will set you up for success**

With the above role scope in mind we are really excited to hear from individuals who have skills and experience in the following:

- Strong track record recruiting within large volume environments (volume space), working to tight deadlines and priositising deliverables, ideally within the healthcare / aged care or disability space
