Windows SME - 6-month contract - Western Sydney - $600 -$700 + super per day

**Your new company**

This government organisation is seeking an enthusiastic outgoing Windows SME with excellent communication and customer service skills. Located near Hawkesbury with onsite parking, they are offering an initial 6-month contract which possibly will extend. They are offering 2 days WFH and free onsite parking.

**Your new role**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional Windows Generalist to come on board and work on a Windows 10 rollout project. You will be rolling out a hardware deployment, managing the deliveries and preparing the installations on new laptops and computers. You will have exceptional customer service skills and be able to communicate clearly as you will be highly involved with the staff, vendors, and management daily. You will be providing second level support with Microsoft Windows 10, SCCM and some Intune. You will be managing the day-to-day support of the Windows systems ensuring stability, security, and performance.

You will have experience in SCCM imaging with Windows 10. No task is too big you will be able to provide support across the business from all sorts of levels junior to senior.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Have at least 3 years as a Windows specialist
- Strong experience rolling out Windows 10
- Experience with a high-volume deployment project
- Fantastic communication and customer service skills (face to face and written)
- Strong vendor management experience
- Strong SCCM experience
- Strong experience in level 2 support across Windows Systems
- Have strong Microsoft windows experience
- Strong asset management skills
- Strong experience with Active Directory and group policy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong time management skills
