**Manager - Operational Facilities**

1 Permanent/Temporary Full Time - 35 hours, 5 days per week

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and established Manager Operational Facilities to drive and lead a very busy and demanding Operational Facilities Unit. The main objectives of the role will be providing leadership, advice and guidance to our team of asset maintenance and facility maintenance practitioners and contractors to optimise our operational facilities.

This will include managing contracted staff engaged to support short term maintenance activities and longer term strategic responsibilities about how Council might manage all its asset classes,

To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated skills in Facilities Management, Asset Management or in managing an operational facility. You will be able to evidence that you have achieved exceptional performance from teams, implementing long term strategic solutions in a private or public sector environment You will need to evidence how you have had experience in leading and facilitating project and change management initiatives, including how you have led and motivated others in working collaboratively in the delivery of strategic objectives.
