**Key Responsibilities**
ABOUT THE ROLE
We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and passionate Referrer Relationship Specialist to join our team based in the South Perth Region - O'Connor. This role is a Part-Time, 8 month Fixed Term position, working 27.5 hours per week.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Consulting with key clients to enhance awareness of Apex Radiology
- Grow our client/referral base and engage with local healthcare providers, including Doctors and Allied Health Professionals
- Optimising, overseeing, and evaluating database of potential clients and leads
ABOUT YOU
- Proven sales experience with an aptitude for business growth and delivery of services
- While you enjoy working autonomously, you are active member in a supportive team of like-minded individuals.
- Proven experience in service relationship's will be highly valued
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage a portfolio of key accounts
- Flexibility to work varied hours to attend out of hour's clinical information evenings and network opportunities
- Engaging professionally to build rapport with referring Doctors, Practice Managers and Reception Staff, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent organisational skills to plan, promote and execute promotional lunches, information evenings and any other sales events as required
- Be technically minded ensuring referrers are well supported. An understanding of medical terminology is preferred but not essential.
- CRM experience maintaining a referrer database and experience with RIS/PACS or Radiology reporting programs is an advantage
- Current Drivers Licence essential as this role is field based
- Territory management, sales and networking skills are essential
