**The opportunity**

GWW is seeking a talented Treatment Plant Asset Management Specialist to drive the effective management of our treatment plant assets. This role is instrumental in ensuring the long-term sustainability, performance, and compliance of our facilities.

**Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies, optimising asset performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Your expertise will be essential in maximising the value of our assets while minimising risks and costs.
- Lead the development, implementation and ongoing management of Treatment Plant Asset Management Plans (AMPs) in accordance with the GWW Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) and Asset Management Framework.
- Support the Treatment Plant Planning Team in the development of Treatment Plant Master Plans and other treatment plant asset planning.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the value provided by GWW’s treatment plants and drive innovation through new technologies, and process improvement.

**Skills & Experience**
- A strong understanding of asset management principles
- A solid foundation in the water and wastewater industry
- Sound project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Building and maintaining relationships across multiple functions, coupled with excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
