Shriro Australia is the exclusive distributor and marketer of numerous high profile, premium consumer electronic and homeware brands. We have an exciting new opportunity for a Casio National Sales and Marketing Manager role.
Based in Sydney, this role reports to the General Manager - Casio. The successful applicant will be an accomplished musician in keys, have solid sales and marketing experience and the passion to expand our key business relationships. You have a high level of interpersonal and influencing skills, as you will be responsible for promoting and selling Casio EMI through to major customers while also managing a national team of sales and marketing staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of sales revenue, gross profit margins combined with marketing spend.
- Major account management
- Development of business wide strategies generating sales revenue for day-to-day business, future promotional events and new product releases.
- Strategic channel management of product and promotions.
- Marketing - lead and support the marketing function/personnel that is aligned to Casio direction with local tailoring of programs.
- Development of above and below the line marketing strategies (Above the line - media, merchandising, public relations. Below the line - promotions, co-operative advertising, incentives)
- Management of EMI Division staff, both sales and marketing. To build staff knowledge and sales/marketing professionalism, leading to more proficient and experienced staff.
- Stock management including inventory control and obsolete stock management.
The successful applicant must have
**proven experience **in the following:
- Accomplished piano/keys player
- Personnel management
- Strong sales background and sound business acumen
- Commercial Awareness
- A strong mix of achievement focus and relationship building.
