The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions, fleet management, international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality.
Fleet Administration Officer - Wacol
Toll Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Administration Officer to join our team based in Wacol, QLD. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing vehicle operations, including but not limited to registrations, fuelling, eTags, and purchase orders. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team ensuring smooth fleet management processes while working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities / a day in the life of the Fleet Administration Officer
- Registration Functions: Manage all Australian vehicle registrations, handle refund requests as part of asset sales, and maintain systems.- Fuel & eTag Management: Oversee fuel card & eTag distribution & maintenance as well as fuel activity management, ensuring audit and reporting compliance.- Purchase Orders & Discrepancy Resolution: Raise and manage purchase orders as required, resolve any discrepancies.- Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party vendors as needed.- Administrative Support: Answer calls, handle inquiries, and provide general administrative support to the fleet team.- Reporting & Auditing: Perform reporting and auditing tasks for fleet administration maintenance.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience: Proven experience in administrative roles, with knowledge of vehicle registrations and fuelling operations (preferred but not essential).- Technical Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel (preferred), and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.- Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work in a team environment and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
