**The Opportunity**:
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Electrical Sub-Assembly Team Member to contribute to the assembly of electrical components for our buses. This role is essential in ensuring the reliability and functionality of the electrical systems in our vehicles.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Execute the assembly of electrical components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Ensure the quality and precision of electrical sub-assemblies through thorough inspections.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during the assembly process.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leaders to optimize workflow.
- Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and quality control, to achieve overall production goals.

**About You**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in electrical assembly is a plus.
- Previous experience in electrical sub-assembly, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St Marys Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)
