**About the role**

An Assistant Restaurant Manager in this company is a highly responsible role and also a role that has a structured progression plan. You will become an expert in driving customer experience but also gain high level business management skills and develop your financial management acumen.

- 12 months supervisory or assistant management experience in a restaurant/QSR environment
- A positive, happy personality, with a 'can-do' attitude in the workplace.
- Stamina This is a fast paced environment, you love being busy and on the go
- Well presented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands on leader who loves to be part of busy service
