As the Practice Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice while maintaining our commitment to excellence in customer care.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the practice
- Lead, motivate, and support a team
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue
- Manage scheduling, rostering, and inventory to ensure efficiency and seamless service delivery
- Maintain high standards of customer service and act as a role model for the team
- Develop and implement team training to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement
- Monitor and report on business performance metrics, including sales, customer retention, and operational efficiency

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
- Experience in optics and/or retail management is essential
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
