Our team is growing We are seeking highly-motivated and experienced Medical Receptionist / Administration Officers to join our Next Practice family.
Casual positions available at our West End Clinic.

This ideal candidate will have:

Strong written and verbal communication skills to be able to: Greet patients, answer phone calls and liaise with practitioners.
Proficient IT skills: Using the practice management software to schedule appointments, processing payments using tyro/eftpos, sending/replying to emails and other administrative tasks.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Previous experience with Best Practice desirable.
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist desirable.
Motivated and driven to achieve goals.
