State Government is seeking a Asset Data Officer

**Your new company**
Are responsible in protecting and managing Western Australia natural environment and the man-made resources.

**Your new role**
You will be field validating existing asset information in cloud platform and updating as required as well as identification and capture of missing assets and associated asset information. you will be updating cloud platform asset register as required.

You will be capturing new assets and asset information as part of asset handover business process and updating cloud platform as required. You will identifying key asset documents including drawings, manuals, reports, photos and migrating or linking to the cloud platform.

You will support the populating of a virtual data room for the organisations assets and their associated management and undertake asset related analytical analysis and reporting as instructed.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in field collection and validation of assets and asset data or similar
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new computer programs
- High attention to detail
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to comply with company Security, Health, Environment & Safety policies.
