**Front of House Floor Staff (Part time or Full time ) - Potential 2IC Role**

**Location**: BASILICO - Albert Park
**Hours**: Tuesday to Sunday from 3pm + some lunch services on weekends

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate **Front of House professional** to join our team. This is not just a service role - we need someone who can confidently **host, manage, and run the floor** to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

We are a busy Italian Restaurant and need staff that have knowledge and expertise in the industry.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong background in **restaurant** **hospitality & customer service**:

- Confident **hosting** and welcoming guests with warmth
- Ability to **manage the floor** smoothly during busy services
- Organised, calm under pressure, and solution-focused
- A natural leader with excellent communication skills

**The opportunity**:
For the right person, this role has the **potential to progress into a Second-in-Charge position**, offering more responsibility and leadership within our team.

**The role includes**:

- Available on weekends and evenings.
- Evening shifts Tuesday-Sunday from 3pm, plus some lunch services
- Leading service and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience
- Supporting the team and management to keep operations running smoothly

Pay: $24.95 - $35.00 per hour
