**Job Title**: Experienced Wait Staff (with Team Leader Potential)

**Location**: Basilico Restaurant - Albert Park

**Position Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time (Permanent)

**About Us**: Join our dynamic team at Basilico, a busy and vibrant Italian restaurant We are looking for energetic, punctual, and personable wait staff to provide exceptional service to our guests. There is also the possibility of a promotion to team leader for those who demonstrate leadership qualities and a commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and serve customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Take orders for food and beverages, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and attend to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience
- Clean tables and set up the dining area for service
- Open and close the restaurant as required
- Maintain a calm, positive, and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Perform other floor duties to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is required
- Coffee making skills are essential
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Energetic, punctual, and a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours, including dinner service from Tuesday to Sunday and potentially Friday lunch shifts

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
