Our
**Middle Park** centre caters for up to 88 children, operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm. The centre features natural play environments, open plan rooms, age-appropriate learning resources and separate playgrounds, and indoor and outdoor areas.

**About you**:
You’re an experienced leader in early or primary education who is passionate about providing a high-quality environment and service to your team, families and children. You are passionate about working collaboratively with the team and families to give children the best start as they transition into school. You're excited to work with a leadership team who cares about your centre as much as you do, and says “yes” when you ask for the resources you need.

Your programming is focused on encouraging our children to be independent learners and help build their resilience and self-awareness. You utilise conversations with the children to develop their inquisitive minds and therefore creating the basis of your program and the children’s learning journey with us.

You will also have:

- **A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)**:

- Experience working in an early childhood environment
- A current Working with Children check
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Permission to work in Australia
- Confidence in collaborating with our families and the local community
