About the Role

As our ECT Mentor, you’ll play a vital role in empowering our Early Childhood Teachers to thrive. You’ll coach, support, and inspire ECTs to lead curriculum and pedagogy, create communities of practice, and foster a culture of excellence. This role ensures every child benefits from high-quality, innovative teaching and learning.

In this role, you’ll:

- Provide mentoring and professional coaching to ECTs across CEEC
- Build capability in curriculum leadership and reflective practice
- Facilitate communities of practice for sharing innovation and learning
- Support new ECTs as they transition into the organisation
- Partner with the Head of Quality & Continuous Improvement to strengthen professional standards

About You

You’re a qualified teacher and natural mentor who’s passionate about shaping the next generation of leaders in early childhood education. You combine strong curriculum knowledge with a supportive, collaborative approach to help others grow.

You’ll bring:

- Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Experience working as an ECT with demonstrated curriculum leadership
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Ability to build communities of practice and inspire collaboration
- A commitment to innovation, reflection, and professional excellence
