**Job Description**:
This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your customer service and eagerness to develop skills across a wide range of food and beverage operations
- Creating exceptional guest experiences by providing great customer service and memorable moments
- Efficiently taking orders and serving food & beverage for restaurant, café and in room dining
- Breakfast service including buffet and a la carte, and maintaining presentation of the restaurant
- Assisting guests with questions and menu recommendations
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth running of the service period

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, with hotel experience an advantage
- Knowledge of beverages including barista coffee, cocktails and wines to be able to maximise average spend
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with attention to detail
- Interest in making genuine connections with guests and colleagues
- Availability to work varied shifts including early morning, late evenings, weekends and public holidays - minimum of three shifts per week
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handling, or willing to obtain
- Must have working rights in Australia
