Our team is famous for being themselves and having a laugh. Railway Hotel ALH is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Food & Beverage Attendant no two days will be the same, you'll build lasting rapport with our guests by delivering tailored and authentic service. So, can you 'pitcher' a career with us? A day in the life of a Food & Beverage Attendant:
- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget
- Let our guests know about our amazing ALH Loyalty Programs and their many benefits and product offerings
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility; which is centred around safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance
What do we need from you
About You
- You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- You must hold a current RSA certificate
- You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
