**Your new role**
- To ensure the client technology solutions at client mine sites operate effectively and deliver tangible value to their mining operations
- To repair, install, configure, commission and support electronic, microprocessor-based systems and radio communications equipment including issue identification and resolution for equipment based on our customer mine sites and on client premises.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing electronics systems
- Demonstrated work experience in on site installation, system configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting and repair
- Background in industries such as electronics, radio, television, automotive, mining or similar
- Substantial demonstrated experience in supporting, diagnosing and troubleshooting diverse and varied environments with a focus on electronic / electrical repairs
- Year 12 Senior Certificate or equivalent
- Trade certificate or equivalent in Electronics, Industrial Electronics, Instrumentation, Communications
- Manual car drivers’ licence
- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic knowledge / understanding of LANs, WANs, working with Linux OS Command Line Interface(desirable)
