**Primary purpose of the role**

These roles provide land and easement acquisition facilitation services for government agency clients typically for water supply and sewerage infrastructure, but other infrastructure assets such as buildings, roads, bridges and flood levees throughout regional NSW.

Working within the guidelines as stipulated in the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act or other related legislation such as the Local Government Act, the role will also assist with Native Title and Aboriginal Land Claim issues.

The role would undertake title, dealing and survey plan searches including Native Title and Aboriginal Land Claim searches and liaise with project stakeholders including local government, valuers, solicitors, and land owners.
- Previous experience as property officer/manager OR registered surveyor
- Ability to read survey plans and experience in property matters in local government would be well regarded.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Great team player
