**What you'll be doing**
In this role you’ll be working at the heart of executive operations, ensuring seamless coordination across high-level stakeholders, the Ministry of Health and the Chief Executive’s Office. This fast-paced role supports strategic and administrative excellence.
- Coordinating Ministerial communications
- Managing executive-level correspondence
- Preparing reports, speeches and presentations
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Improving systems and streamlining processes

**How to Apply**

**Selection Criteria**:

- Demonstrated successful experience in providing high level executive assistance and support to a senior executive to operate effectively in a complex environment demanding confidentiality, flexibility and discernment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including sound oral and written communication skills.
- Proven high level organisational skills including the ability to problem solve, prioritise workload and meet deadlines supported by a demonstrated capacity to exercise initiative and judgment
- Demonstrated experience working as part of a senior executive support team
- Experience in supporting Executive and Board governance Committees, in relation to collation of papers, agendas, minutes and action related matters
- Advanced experience in using an electronic records management system such as TRIM.
- Demonstrated web publishing skills and use of a tablet device to manage Board and Board Sub-Committee content in the electronic environment as required.
