**The Firm**

An international firm with offices in major cities across Australia and in Shanghai.

The firm has a sophisticated client base ranging from high net worth individuals to publicly listed Australian and foreign corporates, and private companies with over 100 employees. The firm's clients are largely in the Hospitality industry and as a result of this, there is a significant amount of general Franchising, Property, and general Commercial work.

The firm is enjoying growth due to pure work coming through and enjoys work hard and play-hard attitude.

**Benefits on Offer**
- Salary expectation of $110,000 - $120,000 plus super, for the right person
- Convenient CBD location, close to public transport, law courts, pre-eminent barristers' chambers, eateries and retail shops
- Opportunity to be promoted upon entry to Associate level or higher, depending on your current status
- Opportunity to access career advancement beyond Senior Associate to Partnership over time
- Opportunity to access specialise in Commercial Litigation
- Access varied and juicy litigation matters, including those with an international aspect
- Access autonomy over your caseload to really build up your experience and confidence in a range of litigation matters
- Collegiate team environment where people work hard and play hard
- Direct access to clients
- Opportunity to impress with Mandarin proficiency but this is not essential

**Essential Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years PAE practising Commercial litigation exclusively in reputable Sydney CBD-based law firms that are known for their skills and prowess in Commercial Litigation
- Ambition to prove yourself and get ahead in your career
- Strong interpersonal skills: straightforward and succinct communication skills and a pro-client approach to your work
