With a solid track record of producing projects that improve lifestyles and communities, our client is a Sydney-based property development company focusing on delivering high-end residential and commercial projects.
**The Role**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage executive's calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and ensure timely follow-up
- Event and travelling arrangement
- Liaise with household-related matters - i.e. drivers and housekeepers
- Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor progress and deadlines with projects
- Assist the executive with market research and business development when required
- Expense claim
**About You**
- Experience as a personal assistant or any other service background
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Mandarin and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
- Attention to detail
