Bring your experience in Workers Compensation and manage your own mixed portfolio of psychological and physical injury claims. You will be working amongst a team who are passionate just like you about achieving positive workers' compensation claims outcomes and working collaboratively together to achieve best service for the client and injured worker.

This is a permanent full-time role with the option to work in the office 3 days a week based in the
**Melbourne CBD.**

**The role**:

- Supporting injured workers and all parties through each stage of the claims process.
- Providing a proactive case management approach with a passion for all aspects of claims management.
- Work with RTW onsite.
- PIAWE determination and work capacity decisions.
- Managing weekly payments and provider invoices.

**Benefits**
- Salary (experience dependent): $80,000 - $95,000 + Super

**About you**
- An experienced case manager with around 2 + years of experience is preferred however most importantly you will be passionate about delivering superb customer experiences and enjoy working towards outcomes.
- Have a genuine, caring nature that puts customers at the heart of what you do, showing empathy in all circumstances.
- An organised person who demonstrates strong time management skills and prioritisation.
- A true team player who supports peers and loves helping others.
