UX Enterprise App Specialist

This position is primarily based in our office in **Gold Coast**, with the possibility of remote work arrangements available.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive user experience strategy specifically tailored for mobile apps, focusing on smart UX design and conversion optimization.
- Conduct thorough user research and analysis to gather insights and refine UX strategies for mobile app development.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate user-centric design principles and create an exceptional app experience.
- Lead the creation of user personas, user journeys, and other UX artifacts to guide the design and development of the mobile app.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in mobile app usability, simplification, and intuitive interaction design.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, mobile design trends, and industry advancements to infuse innovation into our app.
- Advocate for the users throughout the mobile app development lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with business goals.
- Continuously improve the conversion flow by analyzing user behavior, conducting A/B testing, and implementing data-driven design iterations.

**Qualifications and Experience**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Deep passion for creating exceptional mobile app experiences with a proven track record of successful app designs.
- Strong understanding of user-centric design principles, simplification techniques, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard design and prototyping tools for mobile app design.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to think analytically and strategically, with a problem-solving mindset to address complex UX challenges.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and their integration into mobile app user experiences.
