**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

A great opportunity has become available for a passionate, talented, and self-driven professional to join our established team of **Technical Specialists,** based in our **Regency Park, SA office.**

We’re looking for someone experienced in the supply, sales, and delivery of customer solutions of welding, gas, and abrasives products.

Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will be supporting our sales and customer care teams in the delivery of exceptional customer value and customer solutions to existing and new customers.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Delivery of welding, gas and abrasives product category sales support, from product identification to customer solutions, through joint activity with account managers and vendors
- Maintaining an opportunity pipeline (incl. CRM), performance reporting, and providing key market and customer insights
- Delivery of product knowledge support (incl. training) to our sales and customer service teams
- Build, develop, and foster existing and new customer and vendor relationships through the delivery of technical expertise
- Provide quote and tender response support including product recommendations
- Contribute to cross function projects and initiatives

To be successful, you will have:

- Proven track record in delivering technical expertise, specifically within the welding, gas and abrasives categories, or equivalent hands-on fabrication expertise
- Ability to proactively manage competing priorities and delivering outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to build positive and effective working relationships across functions
- Desire to be face to face with customers delivering technical solutions
- Comprehensive Microsoft office skills, with CRM experience highly regarded
