A rare but exciting
**freelance** opportunity to join a market leader on their flagship beauty brand. A fantastic contract role for a savvy, self-starter with solid brand marketing experience.

**The Role**

You'll be tasked with developing and executing the brand strategy to maximise awareness, revenue and profit through all operating channels, and global markets. The role works with internal and external teams to drive the implementation of brand marketing plans, ensuring excellent timely and cost compliant execution.

In this hands-on and varied role, you'll be the key relationship driver with external agencies across all Social, Paid Media, PR, Creative and Production output. Working alongside the e-commerce team, you'll have a proven track record of multi-channel marketing strategy & the ability to execute high performing brand campaigns from digital to print. Internally, you'll work collaboratively with the NPD, Trade Marketing and Sales Teams on all brand-led initiatives as well as ongoing reporting & analysis.

By nature you'll be proactive, commercially oriented, and a collaborative team player. Ideally, you'll have:

- 4+ years in marketing/brand management.
- Beauty category experience preferred (but not essential).
- Experience working with external agencies and partners.
- Hands-on experience in brand communications, digital marketing, and NPD.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities to determine solutions to improve results and optimise campaigns.
