- Remuneration $34.46 per hour excluding super and salary packaging

**About the role**

We are seeking a proactive and organised **Administrator** to join our Transitional Aged Care Services (TACS) team at Calvary Kogarah. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting the smooth running of the service through a variety of clerical tasks including:

- Coordinating admissions and discharges
- Managing enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Data collection and reporting
- Processing financial claims and supporting compliance requirements

**About you**

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical support role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- High level computer literacy (Microsoft Office, data entry and reporting)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with elderly clients and people living with disability
- A collaborative approach, while being comfortable working independently
- Alignment with Calvary’s Mission and Values
