You will work within a small team but will also need to work individually.

**Your new role**:

- NDIS and Office Administration including maintaining a worker and participant database
- Respond to customer service enquiries for high call volume and direct these to the correct channels
- Rostering of workers
- Data entry and management of client’s information
- Be the first point of contact for walk-ins
- Assist with participant activities and programs as required
- Complete service agreements with participants
- This is a diverse role and is not just a data entry position
- Based in Kogarah NSW
- At least two years' experience working in a similar role
- Must be double covid vaccinated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour
