About the Role

As Reliability Planner, you'll lead the preventative maintenance strategy for our new Ballarat Flour Mill, ensuring that our state-of-the-art assets run smoothly and reliably from day one. With a smaller team and highly advanced equipment, this is a hands-on role that blends planning discipline with a strong technical background. You'll help commission new assets, optimise performance, and embed wholistic reliability practices that support long-term success.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing weekly and long-term maintenance schedules
  • Coordinating work orders, parts, tools, and documentation to ensure readiness
  • Driving CMMS utilisation and data accuracy
  • Supporting commissioning, shutdown planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with trades, suppliers, and operations to align priorities and reduce downtime

About you

We're looking for someone who thrives in transformation and large-scale change.

The suitable candidate will possess:

  • Single or dual trade background is preferred
  • Experience in maintenance planning, ideally in food production
  • Strong working knowledge of CMMS systems (MEX or equivalent)
  • A proactive mindset with strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, commissioning environment with evolving systems and processes

What's on offer at Mauri?

  • A genuine focus on personal development.
  • A culture that celebrates diversity and authenticity.
  • A chance to make a lasting impact in a legacy-defining project
