Innovative, passionate about great food and quality service? If this sounds like you, join a market leader in Hospitality services We’re looking for a Casual and Full-time Kitchen hands for one of our prestigious locations in Sydney CBD.

We are currently recruiting for skilled Kitchen Hands to assist our team to deliver an exceptional food service experience. This hands-on role will require you to work as an all-rounder, assisting with different areas back of house in the kitchen from collecting and putting deliveries away to washing high volumes of dishes and pots.

**Experience Required**:

- Previous Hospitality experience preferred.
- Experience at washing pots, dishes in a high-volume location.
- Experience in general food preparation and presentation.
- Food and hygiene food safety certificates preferred.
- Great personal grooming, presentation, and a confident and pleasant manner
- Excellent verbal communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment and appliances promptly and thoroughly.
- Goods receiving and recording temps. Unpack and store deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and food storage areas. Cleaning work surfaces, floors and equipment regularly.
- Assist with basic food preparation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.

**Hours**
- **Casual: Night shifts 6pm - 10:30pm, Monday-Sunday**:

- **Full Time: 8am - 4pm, Monday-Friday**
